When we are moved by the pain of people around us, we actually see a reflection of the pain in us. Someone rightly said that the entire world can be found inside us in a minuscule form. Probably scriptures also say that whatever is there in macrocosm is also in microcosm. Sometimes people say that the most beautiful expression of human emotion is smile or laughter. However, i believe that a smile can never be true representation of your emotion. Smile is more often or not an alibi for something else. But tears, crying are the truest expression of our emotions. You can never actually fake tears. Even if apparently during happiness we have tears they are not because of happiness; they are because of the waiting period, because of the pain which we have buried inside ourselves to arrive at that moment of happiness. But pain is something which can be transformed and transformed into beautiful things. All achievements are based on the pain of not having them, at the pain inflicted by the world and by the reaction caused by our own thoughts.

We believe that sorrow reduces in time and that we get rid of as time progresses. However, you know we can never get rid of sorrow unless we understand that, unless we come to terms with that. Sorrow and pain is buried deep into our memories only to surface later and the psychological scars are always there. We may forget them, but their impact remains and they decide our present. Every feeling, every thought have to be understood as to where that is originating from, what is the cause, how can that be quenched, how can that be satisfied, how can that be understood without letting it take reign over us and without our attempts to push that into deep realms of subconscious mind by suppression.

I read that there is nothing evil about anything, we consider anything evil when we are afraid of that. So, any good or bad thought which springs into us is an outcome of our experiences, our thinking, our environment, our ways of living and our past. Sometimes thoughts are just projections, they are masks, they are indicators and they are not the real stuff. Because we have never allowed our true nature to be expressed, our thoughts take different faces when they come out. We have to be kind to ourselves, we have to accept them and get to the root of them.

There cannot be perfect darkness anywhere in the world, because darkness is only relative and it can never exist without light. You cannot create darkness by any means. It is just absence of light. More the light enters into us, there will be lesser and lesser darkness. Let us rejoice into the light, let us take in more and more light. Let us be the lamps, let us be the guiding posts, let us rejoice into our own glories and let it all be so sublime that while we have tempestuous inner transformations inside us, nothing is ruffled in the outside world.

Thanks for your patience and time to read it. Peace and love to you. Om Sai Ram.

Having studied in Ramakrishna Mission school which does not give any importance to Miracles and being born in Jain family, i believe that Miracles or Chamatkars are not the ultimate reality. Most of us are drawn to Miracles/chamatkars and we do "Namaskar to Chamatkar", but i feel that such a belief can be a strong impediment to the progress of soul's journey. After reading about and experiencing how such things can be performed, you would find that they do not help at all to the soul.

We all go to Baba to sort out things in our life on the promise that we will start an inner journey, however no longer a desire is satisfied, we have another desire, another wish, another problem to tackle. The real message of Baba is buried deep inside the descriptions of his miracles. Almost 90% of the books written about Baba talk about his miracles only. And this really pains me. The real purpose for which Baba displays miracles cries from a deep well asking us to rescue him. He is not able to surface from this deep abyss. Can we stop talking about Baba's miracles and start talking about his teachings.

Most of us will realise this fact probably at much later stage of life or may not realise at all that we have missed the boat which could have carried us further in our life. We have missed the chance. When a realised person speaks and we are lost watching how his lips move, we have wasted a great chance. People are attached towards his physical form of Baba to such an extent that it has resulted in fanaticism. People believe that they can do anything in their life and Baba will help them always. I am not sure why will Baba do that.

Baba is light, Baba is the sign-post, Baba is the sailor. We are able to see Baba in all forms except the ones which He really wants us to. Second after second goes away and the flow of time is happening without intimating us. Are we willing to open our eyes in this life or we want to wait for many more lives to come. The choice is ours.

Sairam! you have expressed the anguish that lie buried in the hearts of many noble souls who are devoted to Baba! Swami himself has pointed out that these miracles are like calling cards. Once we reach the destination, it is our duty to set our eyes on the grand aim of Life, which Baba has explained in almost all of His Divine Discourses. Your post will become an eye opener to all devotees who are engrossed in the so called miracles. Sairam, Saisaran.

Sai Baba can be perceived in millions of ways because each one of us has our own unique experiences, understandings and observations. Many a times intelligence will make us think if miracles can lead us to liberation. I mean if someone witnesses miracles in its every day life, is the person on right course. And how much do such events help in the life of the person.

You know Baba is a teacher, a guru. I am skipping adjectives here as any attempt will be futile. Baba out of his tremendous kindness allow us to experience super natural experiences, witness them in our day to day life and all this for only one purpose. The purpose is for us to discover ourselves, with different courses, though converging at one point. So all miracles are loving gestures and whether we know or not, all of them are lessons for us.

Life is not easy; easy is to make attempt not to see life in its full face. However much we attempt to delay the event, it is inevitable and bound to happen one day. Seeing various events unfolding in the lives of people around us and most importantly in our own life, we can see that we have created the state of life which we are in. The onus is on us to take charge of our own lives. Baba can teach us, he can guide us and he can do it in millions of loving ways, but he cannot deliver us and cannot make us move unless we are willing and make attempt ourselves.

Baba inspires, Sai loves, Baba lift us from our sorrows, but all that is for one purpose. And we have to pay the debt to ourselves and not to Baba for every good thing which He does to us. Is not it surprising?

Knowledge is an essential element of our growth, of our becoming and realizing true self, of being spiritual in true sense and without knowledge acceptance of beliefs and notions will always form an unstable structure for future. When we are awestruck looking at the magnificent universe, its expanse and various phenomenons which are happening elsewhere in the universe, we would definitely imbibe interesting perspective about life, about our own self for sure. There can't be any substitute to knowledge during our discovery. Knowledge can shake us, it can make us more aware and make us think. Unless we apply our thoughts day after day, unless we live more aware life; we would miss learning needed lessons for which we need to revisit this place at another point of time. And when we start to feel intensely, when we live intensely, when we learn to express our reality; we would discover that we are breaking so many binding notions, we are releasing ourselves from the clutches of many outdated thoughts. And in that state of ever increasing clarity, we would discover more about ourselves.

Hope you all are doing fine. Peace, love and light to you. Om Sai Ram.

How true your words are Ashok.....What a shame it is that so many people the world over take life for granted, including the many unnatural things they may witness or experience throughout their lives. Instead of investigating further and keeping an open mind of what they had just experienced or witnessed, they turn away from it by making excuses. These things are grace given to help elevate them but sadly they refuse. I know of some who flatly refuse to accept anything out of the ordinary of everyday life, its because they do NOT want to change their way of living, their lifestyle. So they are happy (at the moment) doing whatever they enjoy doing and believing it will last forever.

But then we must remember, this is the Earth plane and has been happening since Swami created it for this purpose, (to Realise our True-Selves and by climbing back to ONENESS with HIM.)  OMSAIRAM

Wayne, yes are right. In the pursuit of comfort, security and making a life we willingly overlook many aspects of life which could have broadened our understandings and which could have taken a step closer towards truth or reality.

This is a transition time. The world order is going to undergo many changes in the decade and a half to come. And in the new era, which will start after that, will need spiritual leadership and a renewed interest in spirituality which will transcend castes, creeds, religions, sects, nationality and this would be led by our own Baba. The interplay of events beyond our understanding have resulted in some events preplanned and other postponed and Baba knows it. Baba wants to come back in renewed form which will be the need according to the coming age. I am certain about it. He knows what is best. He is going to lead all of us into that elevated state of consciousness during the changed world order. Trust me. We all will stare at the path like forlorn lovers till he appears. And he will appear, our tears would not dry and our longing for you would only increase Baba. We do not need scriptures, we need interpretor and that is you. We do not need preachers, we want someone whose life is a lesson for us and you are that person. We will always hold onto you whatever you have taught so far. We will hold onto your thought and would do nothing less than our best to live up to your teachings. We will wait till eternity for your return Baba. Wherever you go we will not let you go out of our hearts.
