baba u know how much I have suffered since the past 16 yearsknowingly or unknowingly , mistakes happened and I got in the loop of bad karmas........bad people and problems became a part of my life ...i lived with this faith that some day all will be well......but the worst of worst happened and u know it all.......i have landed in abyss from which i see no sunshine...i carry heavy heart, heavy head and tears in my eyes everytime ........i have lost the will to move forward.....i want to get out of all this and want to enjoy my old bubbly self .......my family is very upset.....plz help me sai ram.....plz bless me and my family so that the gudness I carried should be alive ........I want to live ....plz bless me

I hope my tears and prayers melt your heart for me and u pardon all my mistakes and help me get out of this depression

dear sai devotee,

 Bhagawan is ever with you.he does not judge you and accepts you always. he loves you forever. you may have gone through a bad past. but you can come out of it.

chant the vedas,do a lot of sadhana.chant the name of your ishta devata. go to many temples,go around them and sit there and meditate.

baba is with you always. you are aware of your mistakes and repent for them-baba will surely forgive.

it will take time, do a lot of sadhana,you will start getting healed,i think your soul has undergone much and you should try to cleanse yourself. do the jyothi meditation daily.
